This is what you will do:

• Develop and implement a local sourcing and recruiting strategy, including for vocational training
• You manage and plan employer branding activities for the Swiss location (such as campaigns or career fairs) targeted at future employees and apprentices and proactively contribute to their further development
• You will play an active role in optimizing the global recruiting tool (SuccessFactors) and the local recruiting standards
• Additional tasks in the area of vocational training round off your area of responsibility

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in (Young) Talent Acquisition Management and in the implementation of employer branding activities, preferably in an international context
• Expert social media (LinkedIn) and active sourcing
• Excellent language skills in German and English, SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage
• Curious, focused and conceptual hands-on mentality as well as enthusiasm for people and technology in an intercultural environment
• Proactive working style as well as analytical, process-oriented thinking
