To complement our Sales Team, we are looking for a competent personality for our Division Industrial X-ray Modules at our site in Flamatt as a Vice President Global Sales (m/f/d).
In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
• Lead IXM’s Global Sales and Service team of about 25 employees
• Develop a business plan and strategy for the Industrial X-Ray markets that will ensure achievement of the international sales goals and profitability
• Contribute in a vital role in the Division Management team to ensure a sustainable development of Comet X-ray
• Systematic analysis of customer potential and monitoring of international target markets
• Responsible for existing and new global key customers as well as for developing and maintaining international business contacts
• Develop and implement action plans and processes for individuals and teams to effectively generate and convert sales leads and prospects
• Define and apply value-based pricing strategies in collaboration with product management to ensure the successful development of the Division
• Responsible for regular rolling forecasts, profit and loss for the Division’ activities in the sales area
• Provide regularly timely and accurate status, business and project reports to the Division management
For this exciting and versatile position, you will bring the following with you:
• Completed degree in business administration or bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics
• Several years of experience in sales and business development as well as in senior management positions in an industrial or B2B environment
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in a sales and/or business development
• Digital affinity and solid experience with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce or other business software
• High level of intercultural competence as well as strong communication skills in dealing with international customers, strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Excellent command of English and at least good knowledge of German, other language skill is a plus
