Finance Manager

This position as Finance Manager is in our department in Taastrup, where you will be responsible for many exciting tasks in a very versatile position.

You will have a very central role in the organization and have good opportunities to influence the job and your own future development.

 

Responsibilities and tasks

You will be responsible for all areas within accounting, finance and controlling, as well as bookkeeping and payroll in collaboration with our skilled accountant.

In addition, you will be handling selected suppliers, contract negotiations and our rented premises, as well as be responsible for human resources, IT and administration.

 

Primary tasks:

  • Monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and follow-up
  • Project economy, profit assurance, cost calculations and transfer pricing
  • Controlling and follow-up on key figures, quality targets and forecast
  • Handling of auditors, annual reports and tax returns
  • Accounting tasks in collaboration with the accountant
  • Back-up function for accounting and administration

 

Additional tasks:

  • Handling of supplier agreements and negotiations (insurance, telephony, banking, etc.)
  • Responsible for our rented premises (contract, landlord, expenses, craftsmen, etc.)
  • Human resources and handling of pension agreement and health care scheme
  • IT coordination of tasks, projects, consultants and procurement of equipment
  • Various administrative tasks in collaboration with your new colleagues

 

The position includes leadership of an accountant and participation in our management team, as well as a significant cross-organizational collaboration with colleagues from other departments.

 

Competence profile

We expect you to have broad experience in the primary tasks, with at least two years' experience from a similar position as Finance Manager, or at least five years' experience from a position as Controller or Chief Accountant, with a desire for personal development and more responsibility.

You have a relevant educational background for the position, with at least an education in economics or finance.

You are very comfortable with IT systems and will of course receive thorough training to handle your tasks. Great knowledge of Excel is a requirement and knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

You have good communication skills towards both colleagues and suppliers, as well as excellent English skills in both writing and speaking.

You are confident and work very structured and detail-oriented, and take pride in performing your work in high quality, while you are good at keeping an overview of the situation.

You are proactive and are committed to the tasks, and you work result-oriented and strive to implement improvements and optimizations in your daily work.

You work dynamically and are motivated to achieve your own personal goals and our business goals, as well as further develop yourself and your competences.
