About the Job


The Product Marketing Specialist (PMS) is responsible for capturing and enhancing the understanding of our served markets (with a primary focus on semiconductor market) and conveying it in a meaningful way to the rest of the organization. This includes news about the latest market developments and technology trends, as well as news and technologies developed by our competitors. The PMS is also responsible for introducing and launching new products to market and creating the ultimate customer experience by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and brining customer’s vision into perspective over the course of the product development cycle.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to the development of and support the execution of comprehensive Go-to-Market programs for the RF Delivery Systems PCT San Jose product line, both internally and externally
  • Contribute to the design of and conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys (internal and external) to understand their pain points, next generation technology requirements as well as identify product improvement opportunities on current solutions offerings  
  • Distill customer inputs into a well-defined Market Requirements Specification (MRS) and build cross-functional support for the proposed program(s)
  • Develop market/financial models of the TAM, SAM, “share of wallet” with our OEM customers and other market data analytics to help our cross-functional teams optimize and prioritize their respective market and product strategies
  • Conduct a quarterly competitive analysis by monitoring and identifying OEM customers and competitors financial, market and technological performance
  • Create and maintain a market intelligence data resources (on Confluence) for other departments to help them evaluate potential business opportunities
  • Create strong value propositions and communicate them to the rest of the organization, particularly sales, to help the organization to capture higher margins on products and services
  • Coordinate and present market data insight sessions, at least 4 sessions per year
  • Create and support sales tools and training, including the fundamentals of product presentations and value selling
  • Develop any required branding strategies for the new products, in alignment with corporate standards, structure, and goals
  • Ensure a strong physical and virtual presence at U.S. trade shows, such as Semicon West. This includes participating in panel discussions, TechTalks, and social media channels
  • Support corporate communication by helping to build and maintain a strong digital brand and presence
