The Division Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) is Comet’s largest division and a global leader in developing and producing high-performance Vacuum Capacitors, RF Matches and RF Generators for the semiconductor industry.

 

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage hardware development project schedules with engineering teams and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal partners on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Interface between customers and product engineering teams, setting and managing schedules and milestones.
  • Synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at all levels.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience handling customer-facing hardware, firmware, and/or software product development preferred.
  • Mastery of the Atlassian platform (Jira and Confluence) highly desirable
  • Digital affinity and solid experience with MS Office, SAP and data analytics (SAC preferred)
  • Leadership experience in an international and matrix environment, able to influence at all levels
  • Customer oriented with a collaborative, can-do and proactive mindset
