C&B Manager

- Responsible for optimizing C&B structure for local company
- Familiar with grading or benchmark project /process
- Experience in rolling forecast and budget planning
- Experience in payroll/attendance/T&E system, such as ADP, Gaia, Concur.... etc..
- Responsible for routine salary and benefit related matters; support each BU leaders to improve and maximize the productivity of the team.
- Monthly salary calculation and reporting, collecting all payroll data resources including but not limited to new hires, termination, special salary adjustment, promotion, mandatory benefits and attendance data.
- Work with payroll outsourcing vender to check payroll calculation and make sure the accurate and payroll cycle, prepare all payroll related reports and payment;
- Prepare annual salary review & bonus payout tools and consolidate feedback for next calculation process in China;
- Complete annual C&B survey data collection and other C&B projects according to the global project;
- Prepare related payroll and benefits report, analyze variances data, and propose accordingly an optimized benefit solution;
- Answer employees' questions about compensation and benefits;
- Submit required monthly as well as contingent reports on time and accurately;
- Optimize the database and improve the data quality, as well as the efficiency of the process;
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve relationships with external services vender;
- Continuous learning local labor law and regulation, C&B concept and management skills, make sure the process and results are in compliance;
- Support other functions when necessary, and as a backup on emergent cases
