Electrical Engineer

Daily technical support on electrical test on production line.

•    Prepare and review the BOM, routing, ECN, and FEMA for production.
•    Conduct failure analysis of products that technical issue on electrical design and quality issue, and work out corrective actions and preventive actions with team.
•    Determine root cause of failures by using statistical methods (SPC) that may result in changes in design, toler-ances, or processing methods.
•    Electrical specification and document online preparation and review and instructs technician and operators on technical requirements.
•    Develop and implement the production tracking and quality control systems with team.
•    Support engineers from R&D department in Switzerland and USA.
•    Support new lines set up and new equipment installation, validation, acceptance, and maintenance, and pre-pare equipment manual and PM instruction and ensure the checklist daily, weekly, monthly are in place and update,
•    Responsible for equipment, test fixture, test tool internal PM and internal calibration/external calibration.
•    Develop test fixture, test equipment, test cart etc. according to the test requirement
