Fiance controller

Job Responsibilities：

• Deliver management reporting, and provide data based on which decision can be made
• Monitor value flow, identify the deviation of the process, and make the process accurate and more efficient
• Support business process excellence and automation
• Proceed Controlling transactional work in automated way
• To meet the requirement of month-end SAP_CO close activities including analytical review of the monthly results and variance analysis
• To support the Business by developing and enhancing forward looking metrics including on-going rolling forecasts.
• To review assets valuation including inventory and Capex
• To verify Capital Expense and monitor the movement of Capital investment concerning Operational Excellence
• To participate in regional SAP implementation or improvement projects
• Other ad hoc tasks required by manager

Job requirements

• Type of education or degree:    Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, FP&A or Costing
• Language: Fluent oral and written English
• Professional Certification: CMA or other accounting certificate is a plus
• Total 8-10 years finance working experience, including 3-5 years FP&A experiences, costing is a plus
• System implementation experience is a plus
• Better to have process improvement achievement
• Excel: Advanced Excel user,
• Power BI, Excel Query, Microsoft access knowledge is a plus
• ERP: SAP FI/CO/MM module
• Drive and influence business process improvement
• Effective communication and good team work
• Strong business partnering
