- Manage Production at COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. to exceed customer expectations
- Setup the proper organization and pay more attention to the staff’s skill pool, to build the flexibility manufacturing.
- Shorten the production cycle time through the line balancing.
- Enforce the shop floor execution, to ensure the product quality.
- Motivate people, and take initiative to get the Kaizen idea from front line employee.
- Manage the facility function, to build the safe and reliable working environment.
- Setup/supervise the PM plan for the facility equipment.
- Monitor the equipment status and provide the proper backup plan.
- Control the facility utility to ensure it’s in a cost-effective mode.
- Analysis/execute the capacity plan for both labor resource and equipment capability.
- Primary owner of production aspects of COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. Business (manufacturing, quality, etc.).
- Coach and run production of SAP at COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
- Support the transfer of exiting product manufacturing lines to COMET Electronics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
- Promote and lead Lean Management and Six Sigma activities.
- To supervise production team to conduct their work performances.
- Manage and control all production expenses,
- Analyze manufacturing, quality control, equipment maintenance and other related work reports, find and solve problems in time
- Take initiative to improve the production labor productivity and equipment efficiency.
- Direct / indirect materials, parts, energy cost control
- Other tasks assigned by operations director.
