This position as Senior Accountant is in our finance department, where you will be responsible for many exciting tasks in a very versatile role. You will have a very central spot in the organization and have many opportunities to influence the job and your own future development. We are seeking an internationally-minded professional who is interested in joining a truly multi-national company in the semiconductor, X-ray and electronics space.

Responsibilities and tasks
You will be responsible for several areas of accounting and financial reporting, in collaboration with our skilled team of professionals.
In addition, you will assist in the handling and review of payroll and benefits accounting.
Primary tasks:
- Compile and analyze financial, payroll, and benefits information in order to transact journal entries to the general ledger.
- Analyze and provide key figures, including working capital targets and liquidity forecast in collaboration with finance team
- Assist in preparation of tax provision as well as return review in collaboration with tax consultants
- Monthly upload of SAP financial data into Hyperion for group accounting consolidation
- Accounting projects in collaboration with the Finance Director
- Prepare lease accounting analysis and journal entries
- Record, monitor, analyze and reconcile fixed assets
Additional tasks:
- Ensure internal controls are effectively maintained for assigned tasks
- Provide support for the interim and year-end audits
- Recommend improvements to the efficiency of accounting processes and timeliness of deliverables
- Assist with ad hoc projects to support global finance and controlling teams
The position includes significant cross-organizational collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
Who are we looking for?
- Qualified candidates will have the following technical Accounting/Finance background:
- Broad experience in the primary tasks, with approximately three years' experience from a similar position as Senior Accountant, with a desire for personal development and more responsibility.
- Technical accounting experience to include SOX, GAAP and IFRS exposure.
- Experience supporting interim and annual audit.
- Relevant educational background for the position, with at least an education in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CPA path preferred but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience working with SAP highly preferred (s/4 Hana experience is an advantage).
- Professional-level communication skills to interact effectively with both colleagues and customers, with a desire to collaborate and contribute every day.

The target salary range for this job is approximately $90,000 to $95,000 annually.
